Usage instructions: Using the finger pocket, swipe pre-soaked pad over clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse off. For sensitive skin, start 2-3 times a week. If using in the morning, follow with serum and SPF. If using in the evening, do not follow with a retinol-based product.

What do exfoliating pads do?

Exfoliating pads are formulated with ingredients that help to remove dead skin cells and reveal brighter, smoother skin. They help retexturize the skin to minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and dullness. At YSE, our exfoliating pads also contain antioxidants which help protect and nourish the skin while simultaneously providing exfoliation. Even better yet - they are formulated with sodium polyglutamate, which helps to hydrate and moisturize the skin while providing gentle exfoliation. This makes them a great exfoliating option for those who have sensitivities or dry skin.

How to use exfoliating pads

Start by gently wiping one of the pre-soaked pads across your clean face in either the morning or evening. Take care to avoid any contact with the eyes and allow the product to dry on the skin. As our pads are coated with a leave-on exfoliant, do not rinse off after application. If you have sensitive skin, begin with using the pads just 2-3 times a week, and refrain from using them right before any retinol-based products. And don't forget to always apply SPF when adding exfoliating pads into your morning skincare routine!

When to use exfoliating pads

Exfoliating pads can be used in both your morning and evening routine. However, for those with sensitive skin, it may be best to start off using them just 2-3 times a week until you find the frequency that works best for your individual needs. We strongly recommend not using exfoliating pads before any retinol-based products, as this may over-exfoliate and irritate the skin.
